Size Guide

Finding your fit

Bare All is sold as separates, so you can size your top and bottom independently, and mix sizes if your proportions differ. Grab a soft tape measure, measure against bare skin or non-padded underwear, and keep the tape level and snug, not tight. Don't hold your breath or suck in.

How to measure for Bare All swimwear, showing bust, under-bust, waist and hips marked on a model
  • Bust: around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape level across your back. Your main number for tops.
  • Under-bust: directly under your bust, where a bra band sits. Guides the fit on bandeau and structured styles.
  • Waist: the narrowest part of your torso, without sucking in.
  • Hips: around the top of your hips, where the sides of a cheeky bottom sit. Your main number for bottoms.

Size your top from your bust (and under-bust for supported styles), your bottom from your waist and hips, and buy different sizes top and bottom if you need to.

Good to know: swim fabric relaxes a little when wet, so if you're between sizes, stay true to size rather than sizing up. Tops are adjustable and sized XS to XL. If you're a D cup or above, size up or choose the Balconette for more support.

Fit notes by style

Tops

  • Micro Triangle Top: our smallest, cheekiest cut, made deliberately micro with minimal coverage. Most people size up 1 to 2 from their usual for comfortable coverage. Adjustable neck and back ties help you dial in the fit.
  • Classic Triangle Top: a triangle with a little more coverage than the micro. Generally true to size, with adjustable ties.
  • Balconette Top: a fuller, more structured cup with more support and lift. Size from your under-bust. True to size.
  • Knot Bandeau Top: strapless, sitting across the bust with a knot front. Support comes from the band, so a snug fit keeps it secure. If you're between sizes, size down for hold.
  • Ruched Top: gathered stretch fabric that hugs and adapts to the body, so it's forgiving across sizes. True to size.

Bottoms

  • Thong, Tie Side and Thin String: cheeky, minimal coverage. Sizing sits close to your everyday underwear size. True to size, or size up for a little more coverage. Tie-side ties are adjustable.
  • Everyday and Wide Strap Bottoms: our fuller-coverage bottoms with a more generous cut. True to size.

One piece

  • One Piece Swim: for a full one-piece, torso length matters as much as bust, waist and hip, so factor that in if you're much taller or shorter than average. True to size.

If you're between sizes

  • Adjustable styles (triangle tops, tie-side bottoms): either size works, adjust the ties to fit.
  • Bandeau: size down for a secure hold.
  • Everything else: size up if you'd prefer more coverage.
